First off, is anyone getting talk or discussion of coach of the year? I just haven't heard that discussion at all... whom are they talking about this year? Cardinals and Titans head coaches?
As far as why LaFleur isn't getting any...I think there are 4 reasons.

Because there have been other good options... He has Aaron Freakin' Rodgers, Devonte Oh'my Adams and Aaron Flash Jones... Outside of 2020 (Covid, no fans, quiet stadiums years) his offenses have struggled, even with the law firm of Aaron, Aaron and Adams helping him.Haven't been in the top offensive 15 in points or yards in 2019 or 2021...
The coaching award usually goes to a coach whom is turning a franchise around with a questionable passing QB (the exact opposite of the Packers and Aaron Rodgers)Can't say any of these guys are clear HOF QBs when their HC won, and most of them were young or their team hadn't had a winning season for a good while, now of which can be said about the Packers.
