Mark Tauscher said while he would rather not have reporters in there and that most players wouldn't, he did say some players would deliberately wear nothing lol

I was at first. Then I heard what some players had to say about it. They are not fans of reporters rushing into the locker room while they are nearly naked (or sometimes naked) and they don't understand it. They would rather be able to have the locker room kept more "sacred" and just be pulled to the podium to be asked questions. The thing is, players that I've been reading and hearing talk about it are not anti-media. They are anti-having men and women in the locker room when they are changing.
They could easily accommodate having two or three people being interviewed in the conference room. Jason Wilde (reporter I admire) is really bent out of shape over this. I tried seeing his point of view, but after hearing some players speaking about it, I kind of side with them.

I can see players, coaches the football side of it not wanting media in there...
But the business side (which ultimately runs things) wants as much press as possible. And the locker room is a great way to give them access to everyone at once.
Personally, I don't believe media especially cameras belong in the locker room.
I just can't see the NFL willing getting rid of them without some scandal or Union arm twisting them to get rid of it.
