What a great precedent  to set.

Is Herb Adderley available?

Rodgers has said mocked how media sees someone "Like" something on Tweeter and suddenly articles spring up left and right. This is the same thing.

Of course Mike "Vikings fans" Florio is going to blatantly lie saying it isn't a joke with proving zero substance or anything of merit to the table. The media is stupid and fans are getting the kickback because fans feel this need to have something "new" every time they hit "refresh" on a newsfeed.

Anyhow, even if it were to get traction (it won't), there is no way any one would want Clay Matthews. He didn't play at all in 2020 and was a shell of himself five years ago.

Oh, and if you want to find someone who doesn't understand football. Just look for the ones who think Clay should play inside linebacker. What a joke. It's like they didn't see that experiment completely fail. The guy could be nothing more than a third down pass rush specialist at best.

They're giving their input publicly, which I don't see anything wrong with that other than the fans and media will be annoyed, but that's the fans and media fault, not theirs for trying to improve the team.

And lets be honest... who's been the best ILBer we've had in the past decade? ... could it be Clay Matthews? I mean Martinez has to be on that list too... but no one else even comes close do they? Matthews might be better than the starting ILBers we have... he truly might be.

If the Packers do bring Clay Back, will he be an instant starter? Or will he be a back up? Can he still be a threat ? But the bigger question is, does he want to come back to GB?

The best ILB in the past decade was AJ Hawk. He still leads the team in career tackles.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
