Because there truly is poetry in this world, I predict that John will "un-retire" just prior to the season, naturally after his successor has been contracted with, announced and hyped to the public.

This just in from Collinsworth " Either enjoy my broadcasting or don't Fing watch". That was from a reliable source at NBC Studios, he was the restroom attendant that over heard Collinsworth in one of the stalls talking to some other guy in another stall.

I saw Madden in person twice. Once whiule eating in a mexican restaurant near his home in Alamo, CA. And the other was when I was about to tee off at Pebble Beach. He was in the group ahead of me. Got to shake his hand. Biggest hand I ever say. EVERYTHING ON HIM WAS BIG.
