Started slow both games. Something upon which to work. More worried about the guys who are hurt.

Great game.

I once again went to the Lions fans forum.
One of them said, “why don’t they have Lions fans in beer commercials? They have the most reasons to drink!”

I was impressed with the concepts that Matt LaFleur employed with Aaron Jones. Lots of variety (e.g., draws, sweeps, motions, etc.) and it generated mismatches against the Lions. Additionally, I was also surprised by just how little respect the Lions had for Jones. They routinely played to defend the pass, even when Davante Adams went out. Their failure to stack the box suggested they were terrified of getting burnt on the back end.

I am looking forward to seeing how the defense plays next week. They seem to lack urgency, which the announcers attributed to the lack of fans, but I saw that last week too. I think they may be taking a more process orientated approach - as in you do your job and that makes the unit better as a whole. We'll see find out if that's the case because the Saints will test them.

Great game. Certainly things to work on such as dropped passes and defensive lulls.

I think it’s safe to say that our offense is elite. Love LaFleur. Happy to have him as head coach.

According to the NFL’s Next Gen Stats, Packers running back Aaron Jones ran into a loaded box (eight-plus men at or near the line of scrimmage) on a league-high 43.75 percent of his carries last week.

Also so far the Packers have faced DL missing an important starting DL and had a rookie starting at CB starting in their first NFL game.

And Saints are missing their starting DE (which they traded two 1st round pick to the Packers for), he's got a foot injury.
Though their starting DBs are all veterans.

The Saints will be the toughest test for the Packers, as the Saints system will give the defense the best test, and the veteran DBs.

Also they have some former Packers in QB Taysom Hill, TE Jared Cook, and RB Ty Montgomery

Man if TE Cook's agent only didn't overvalue their market, or if the Packers just called their buff and waited for their price to go down, which if you call a buff, you better be willing to go without and they wanted a TE.

Also I still feel like RB Montgomery is the perfect RB/WR for the Packers current system style... too bad we didn't have Montgomery when we were actually using RBs in the passing game.

The way we started, down 14-3, I was nervous.
After the 2 games last year, I was expecting it to come down to the 4th quarter.
I was very happy to not have the stress of a close game at the end.
