I'll split the estimates and go with 11:15.

It'll be interesting to see how it all shakes out without the extra fanfare, No one on stage and so on. Will it run faster? I think NFL Inc slowed things down to get the max commercials and hoopla. Then again what if there is connectivity issues between a particular team's officials or from the teams back to the NFL itself?

It's not like they had all 32 teams stationed inside of the draft location. The teams are generally headquartered at their team facilities. They then phone in their pick. The difference with the situation we have now is teams won't be together, they'll instead be in their own group chat/conference call. They'll still have someone dedicated to calling in the pick.

I dunno. Maybe my ignorance to this is making me think this isn't going to be that big of a deal and will for the most part be "normal" with the exception of not seeing the players walk across the stage. We'll probably see a live camera of the commissioner making the pick. Probably won't have the special announcers for the ensuing rounds after round one.
