They should kick the tires on Hooper. I think I heard he's looking at an 11 million dollar cap hit. That's not very far away from Jimmy's $10 mil so it's doable. They will get $8 mil from releasing Jimmy. That means only an additional $3 mil will be needed.
Another option is checking with Baltimore. I heard they are looking for offers for Hayden Hurst. He will probably only cost a 4th and is on a rookie contract. As a first round pick GB could get 3 years out of him if they really want to.
