Last I looked the goal was to win the SB and to do that you need a QB. Most the time you need a QB better than the other guys QB too, or, at least it would be nice.
Now in the AFC alone you have Rivers, Manning, Cassel Pennington, Rothisberger, Shaub, Flacco, and Palmer.....and we got Orton.
I would suggest to some not to pay to much attention to some blurb on some talk show about what somebody says about a guy. I have a feeling Denver will do whatever they need to do to attain the next possible guy out there that can realistically do what the guys above here can do. Which is win games.
Orton played on a team that NEVER wins pretty. They are very seldom ever efficient on offense and this guy cannot put a team on his back and throw for 300 yards a game with any consistancy.
Traditionally, if Chicago didn't create at least three turnovers and contribute a defensive TD and one on ST's they just didn't win. What does that say about your QB.
I'll tell you what it says:
With the 9th pick of the 2009 NFL Draft the Green Bay Packers..........Trade with the Denver Broncos.
THAT's WHAT IT SAYS!
