I honestly don't make much out of it, because they're assuming it'll be the same exact Rodgers relationship (and they could be right, but I'm doubting it).
I think everyone knows the new coach is going to bring in a new scheme... and Rodgers is going to have to experiment, learn it, play with it, before he knows what he likes and dislikes about it... where Rodgers is already an expert with what he likes and dislike with Mike McCarthy scheme...
I feel like KGB is simply talking about Brett/Rodgers personality, where Brett comes off as a good ol country boy... and Rodgers personality/humor is said to be off beat, complex and a bit odd.
I feel like Jennings has a point in that the new coach will have to be strong willed and strong minded, but I think that's true for all of them, to take charge in general... and like I said above, I think there will be a feeling out process with the new relationship to the people and scheme... if LaFleur is a push over then there might be problems, but if he takes control then there will be a honey moon period and if they have success then that will solves things.
As for Finley, for years he's comments have just seemed like generic fan comments, not much insight. The only non-generic comment was when one tries "overcoach him, that’s when he’s going to do his own thing". But that can mean so many different things... including when Finley tried to coach Rodgers on how to throw the ball to him his rookie year... to more important coaching like please use the check downs... but it's so general, it doesn't tell us anything.
