No doubt Aaron would like to see how big he can make his TD to INT ratio as so many seem to be using that as proof that he is not the problem and he is in fact having an amazing year statistically.

Please enlighten me because it sounds like you're making things up. I haven't seen anybody claim that for at least 3 weeks.

You know what, I really want to see Boyle have a shot. Kiser had a chance to step up during week 1 and he choked. Not saying Kiser does not deserve another shot but I think it is Boyle's turn.

Looking forward to AR holding on to the ball too long for that guaranteed completion against the Cardinals and getting sacked on 3rd down over and over again. I have lost so much respect for 12 this season. He should be ashamed when MM is fired and should be benched.

Regardless, not sure what bearing some idiots on NBC have on this topic. There's people out there that were insisting the Vikings were going to dominate all season or various other idiotic things.

With all the injuries on this team they're already playing.

Don't question Aaron or you're a hater. Don't question the Packers or you are not a true fan or a bandwagoner.

People look at stats without context. The TD to Int ration is impressive, but Aaron is behaving so risk adverse I really don't think his stats are a good thing. We are punting way more and taking sacks.

I think at this point Bulaga still needs to be in our plans. However, I think he is a guy you may want to either limit or shut down just due to his injury history. Problem is if you don't play him you are probably increasing the risk of QB injury.

If a guy is questionable he doesn't need to be playing. If a guy like Bulaga is still in your plans, and I agree he probably should be, you might sit him just because of the injury risk. But to sit Corey Linsley or Kenny Clark (guys who are about as healthy as anyone can be at this point) just to avoid injury is playing scared and I don't like it.

On the other hand if Mike is going to be out who cares if he plays scared and loses the team, he is gone anyway so who cares what the players think about him and we don't risk our healthy veterans who probably don't need the playing time. I honestly don't think I would like the idea but I certainly could see the appeal of such a move.

Yeah the 20/1 ratio is great but IMO the 20 TDs at this point is somewhat disappointing compared to what he can do.

I certainly don't know, but personally I would sit him. I just don't think it's worth risking his health by playing him in meaningless games unless it's to punish him for stealing millions of dollars.

If we lose 2 of the next three or the next three then I say probably shut him down in weeks 16 17. There is no real rational thinking behind it I just think sitting him is a clear sign that the team has given up on winning and I don't like that. Not saying that Kizer couldn't win a game or two and the experience regardless wouldn't be beneficial or the risk to AR is not there, its just that giving up too early IMO sends the wrong message to everyone.

Here's the thing. Would McCarthy sit his stars knowing it would most likely result in more losses and more losses would increase the likelihood he is fired after the season? Would he be tempted to play everyone in an attempt to salvage something of the season to show Murphy or any other potential employer he is not a quitter. Would he be spiteful enough, knowing he is probably gone, to play everyone regardless of injury possibilities just to get back at the Packers somehow. Deep down I think any potential guy looking to hire MM already pretty much knows what he is getting regardless of how this year ends up. He is not going to get or lose a job based on what happens in the last 5 weeks of 2018.

Another question, assuming Murphy and Gute have already made up their minds about McCarthy, and I think they have, would they make some sort of demands regarding playing/not playing certain players because of the injury risk. If McCarthy has no vested interest in the health of the players he may want to start them all just to get more wins to make himself better and the bosses may feel its better to sit a few key guys to keep them healthy.

Its tough and I see both sides but for the most part I feel its too early to be sitting "healthy" players
