Completely forgot about TE.

Packers have edge at TE.

Rhodes is very good, I've never thought of him as elite. I think Harrison Smith is their best DB.

Trae Wayne's is fast, that's his biggest asset. Don't know Hughes.

But you're probably right they have better CBs. I just like what I've seen from Tramon more than Rhodes and also really like the two rookies, plus Kevin King and Josh Jones.

I think Packers secondary will prove better by seasons end than Vikings.

Thing about Cousins is his reliability. Sam Bradford is absolutely better than Cousins. But Cousins is less brittle. He’s more likely to be able to stay on the field consistently.

For the Vikings, that’s huge.

Vince Lombardi

Kirk Cousins, in spite of the team he was forced play on (the Redskins), elevated his and their level of play. Now he enters onto a team that has been on the rise before his arrival there. In Minnesota he should get better O-line protection, a better running attack, and for sure a much better Defense.

"The team that is going to win is the one that does it's homework the best by studying it's opponents."
Inran Khan

The Packers will know all about Cousins, his strengths and weaknesses before they meet on September 16th. Armed with that knowledge, the Packer's Defense will have to man the field and outplay what will be a fearsome opponent for years to come.

As for Cousins, he has clearly demonstrated his abilities as a starting NFL QB. I do not normally equate how a player fit with one team and with how he will fit on another team. Cousins has however shown that he has poise both on and off the playing field. He is not a quitter and should not be underestimated.

Using the highly accurate NFL top 100 as a benchmark, Cousins was 94 and Keenum was 51. The Packers should therefore be able to play twice as well against the Vikings this season.

I have not celebrated an off-season signing as much as the Vikings-Cousins deal since Cutler went to the Bears. Dude has one playoff win and the only reason for the hype is that the Redskins waited too long to sign him.

Cousins can partially thank the Packers defense for his contract though, given the Nov. 2016 game.

Only time will tell with Cousins. What I have seen of him, he’s OK. But I really don’t get all the hype. I think he’s average.
I think our defense will be much improved this year and will make a huge difference. If AR doesn’t feel like he has to score every time we have the ball in order to have a chance to win, it will help his play. He would be able to R-E-L-A-X!!!🤣

Cousins seems to be very polarizing. In big games big moments he seems to shrink from the spotlight but I've always felt Washington is a dumpster fire of an organization. Without Cousins I don't think they even sniff the playoffs the last few years.

Given Minnesota is better than Washington at pretty much every single position group I expect Cousins to flourish, but if he doesn't there will be few who take more blame than him. Rightfully so if you can't produce with that roster.
