But seriously, uffda's idea of Murphy hiring a company to purposely find people who won't interview is completely ridiculous! Why? They'll end up paying that search firm at the very least six, if not seven or even eight, figures -- depending on whether the headhunters charge by the hour/day or a standard 30% finder's fee (I'm guessing it's the latter).
