If Tauscher wants to go play on the concrete for eight games a year on a repaired knee, than I guess that's what will happen. I tend to think if the Packers are willing to sign him, he will stay put. He doesn't strike me as the type of player that went out and squandered the millions he's already earned.

no. heating system keeps the ground thawed out. the only reason the Ice Bowl was the Ice Bowl is because the heating system failed that day.

I doubt Tausch goes to the Vikes, but if he does then the Packers better have a plan at RT for this upcoming season. Possibly drafting one of the LT's with the 9th spot and moving them to RT for a year until Clifton is gone.

I don't think we have another RT on the roster. Unless Giacomini gets awesome in the next few months, and gains 30 pounds.

I think Tauscher is better than Pace at this point in their careers, but overall Pace has had the better career. He's a Hall of Fame player. I'm not sure he could play right tackle though.
