Ted will pick someone up in the draft. I like Marshawn, but he's not "Packer People."

He doesn't provide much more than Grant, save for possibly better hands in terms of catching the pass. He also doesn't seem to be a very good guy (going off of what's been reported, at any rate). They'd be better off getting another RB (and I would posit that they don't need one) via the draft, IMO.
