Only Tauscher's ongoing rehab from reconstructive knee surgery has kept him unemployed for the moment, but he is due for a full recovery by training camp. For now the methodical Packers are laying low, but Tauscher has reported drawn interest from the rival Vikings. Stay tuned ...

Wow. Tauscher's a good and smart guy, if the Packers will pay up a little at least, I think he'll be back.

If he doesn't come back, we can always take another tackle on the decline in Pace.

If he does leave and we're going with our 'recently' drafted guys, I think we might be in trouble next year. Then again, I can't see how they're progressing.

This has been known awhile now. Minnesota needs a right tackle. Tauscher is an upgrade and it also downgrades the Packers who seem to be content with Daryn Colledge.

I was fine with losing Javon, Wahle, Rivera, Winters, Ahman, and yes, even #4. I supported all of those moves/nonmoves. This, however, I hate. If we lose Tausch, despite his current injury status, I'll be pretty ticked. Our O-line has demonstrated very little besides an inability to keep healthy and or block worth a crap. Except Tausch. He's solid, we need him, and I pray to God we slightly overpay to keep a heckuva player here.
