Unlike you, I have personal experience with Tomahawks. I was there when it was first used in combat. I know its capabilities and its accuracy. And I can tell you, when we fire 59 of them, we are not firing at 59 different targets, because while very accurate and almost impossible to stop defensively. They are not the most powerful, but what they can do, is have their target changed while in flight. What we do is have a set of primary targets, and a list of secondary targets. When the first missile hits its target, and doesn't destroy it, we have a 2nd, 3rd 4th able to follow up and once we determine the target is destroyed, we can then divert any remaining missiles on that target to secondary targets. So when you have 2 or 3 missiles hitting the same target within feet of each other, you cannot tell if it was 1 or 2 or 3 so trying to count the number of impacts is a waste. that is like looking at a target after a marksman shoots the 10 ring out of the target and saying. Well there is only one hole so you must have missed the target completely with the rest of the bullets.

Now take your own advice and get educated before opening your big mouth. Or computer device in this case.

You cant address the facts head on, so you pose as an expert ["I have personal experience with Tomahawks"] and spout poppycock. The capability to redirect missiles is true and well known; but this only ADDS to the lethality of a strike. So why cant 59 missiles take out a VERY VERY VERY SMALL military target [13 hangers, 2 runways]? 20% of the base was destroyed and it was operational within hours. This means 1 of 2 things: (1) about 300 missiles were needed to take out this VERY SMALL target or (2) no where near 57 missiles hit.

In a typical attack Tomahawks are launched in waves. Wave #2 is launched behind wave #1 with sufficient time to determine the extent of damage of wave #1 and to redirect. This requires wave #2 to be launched no less than about 25 minutes after #1. But, initial reports indicate all 59 were launched within minutes; so all this drivel about redirecting is a your personal red herring. Why are you doing this?

Also, you didn't address why our Government is LYING. You correctly admit the results of damage is known is such a short time that already launched missiles can be redirected. So why did they say on day 1 that 58 of 59 hit and 5 days later say 57 of 59 hit only after it as confirmed a 2nd missile was found in Al-Hamrat. And Trump said 5 days later that 59 of 59 hit their intended targets. Our military knew EXACTLY how many missiles hit within an hour of the strike. People LIE when the truth doesn't support the narrative they want to put forth. Obviously, our military was embarrassed by its performance and put forth a narrative that they thought could be shallowed [1 miss]; but when this could not be supported they changed their narrative to 2 misses. The "1 miss or 0 miss" narratives are outright LIES and YOU know it! The G LIED about WMD for Iraqi invasion.

With the US losing all credibility on the accuracy of the strike; attention is directed to very specific info: the before and after sat photos. A coward would never address these very specific allegations. Instead of just shutting up; you embark on a mission to deceive and sodomize the truth. Shame on you.

Its kinda funny, embarrassing to US military, that to protect ALL of their best planes, Syria didn't even take them off the base; they just parked them 30 yards off taxi ways and runways in a field. only junkers were left in bunkers. Of course, the US when taking sat photos of the damage surely saw this. Wonder why a second wave wasn't sent to get these planes. I'm guessing they were horrified by Russia's air defense being able to knock out more than half the missiles.
