Yeah, I doubt it. Once again, the Packers will depend on Aaron Rodgers to carry them and if he isn't spectacular all year long people will slam him while making excuses for the defense. Same old song and dance.

Hence, unless Ted Thompson adds additional defensive veterans, the HOPE for improved defensive play next season is premised upon Rollins, Randall, and Fackrell improving and improving dramatically.

Datone Jones and Eddie Lacy going elsewhere just doesn't seem like losses to me that are irreplaceable. Lacy was good when healthy. Jones too. I just don't see the team being much different now than it was before. TJ Lang leaving is where I think we see the biggest change.

That second tight end is going to help with that.

Davon House , IMO, does not change the need for better Quality CBs in GB.

I see holes at the following positions:
Both Corner Back positions , Right Offensive Guard , Running Back , Defensive Linemen, etc...

Defensive line is the biggest need right now... As of right now, the Packers have 3 defensive linemen available for Week 1. Two of them being 2nd year players...

The free agent period is right on track. Meaning it makes Packer fans nervous and wonder what the hell U ncle Teddy is thinking.

The interesting thing about this video game is you have players who regress, progress, suddenly retire, you have to re-sign players and all of this while maintaining a healthy cap while being a successful franchise. Oh, you have to do scouting on players and do a full draft. Knowing the real thing is infinitely more challenging, I have a lot more respect for General Managers and the actual real challenges they face.

Pretty weird how some little goofy video game can encapsulate a fraction of what its like to run an NFL team.

Easier to have a better defense than it apparently is for the Packers, too.

I miss playing in those franchises, but it was incredibly time consuming. The leagues usually advanced weeks every two days, and the seasons didn't last long. It was always time to play a game, make trades, draft, etc. And occasionally I was in more than one league. I wish my life was still simple enough to play in those online franchises but for now, it's not. And that's unfortunate.
