Aaron wasn't shit until Ted had the foresight to hire Mike to develop, and build an offense around, him. Guess what, we still have Mike.

Clements work was on full display when he got his big shot in '15. Mike gave Aaron specific goals each of those early offseasons as far as conditioning and body fat %. Mike was hired BECAUSE he was a QB guru.
