Just going to start with one name. I was looking at Mayock's 5 best at each position. Saw the name, Zay Jones, listed as 5th best for WRs. Hadn't seen that name before so I went Youtubin to watch him.
Wow. Fell in love with a WR without blazing speed or great size. Can't wait to see what he runs the 40 in. His time will push him up or down.
He has long arms and effortlessly snags the ball. Catches it in traffic and just looks so so smooth. Always looking for more yards. Just gets it. The anti Janis.
Guy has the bloodlines with Robert Jones of Cowboys fame and Jeff Blake. Kid says he's all heart and determination. Smart.
Wouldn't be surprised to see us take him either. Ted loves the Senior Bowl and this guy turned heads and went 6 for 68 with a TD.
Lots stands out on his clips and has been compared to Michael Crabtree, but he just has a nose for getting into the endzone. He'll dive or drive to get in there. He also looks to be a force to bring down. Vs. Tulsa (2:31 mark) he's carrying guys like Rip vs. Atlanta.
I can picture him in our O. A smart guy earning 12s trust early. Catches everything. Huge catch radius. All time FBS reception leader. Doesn't separate much but seems to be getting it anyway. Could use a winner like this kid in Green Bay.
