But who said he "has no responsibility to play better?" I certainly didn't, and I haven't seen anyone else say that. What player can't play better? However, it's all about prioritization. If the Packers defense remains pathetic and the team as a whole can't find ways to stay healthy, it really doesn't matter what Aaron Rodgers does.

The Packers also have to find a way to draft better. They simply haven't been good enough. Again, another aspect of the team that must improve that is outside of Aaron Rodgers concern. This team is the Bear's without Aaron Rodgers.

I agree with you. This is about Aaron in this post. He could and should be better. We're better when he is.

The rest is just depressing.

For as much as people constantly complain about the team, the constant expectations that we be as dominant as New England flabbergasts me. We've got some great players, but apart from Rodgers (who people will of course argue with me about), who's utterly dominant? Is McCarthy Bellicheck? Every year it's "We just need x to get over the hump" or "if it weren't for y we'd have at least 2 more superbowls".
