People should remember that there is always a second wave of free agents later on in the offseason (I believe June?)

Thus, there will be no June 1st bloodletting as in past years.. it has no benefit to teams to hold onto them until June.
Hence the TO move now, verses post June 1st.. where in past years the Boys would have been able to push some of that cap hit into the 2010 year.
But post draft there will be a few vets purged when the draft breaks certain ways for teams.
