WHY WHY WHY WHY? Working on timing between him and Joe Callahan? This was one of the singular most illogical things from this entire off-season and pre season. Totally inconsistent with the mindset of keeping your importants uninjured. Richard Rodgers didn't play. He's more important than Jared Cook? Incredible.

For goodness sake, for those who didn't see his TD catch, he was pulled down awkwardly in what easily could've been an ACL tearing injury. All to do what? What was the goal?
