That Hall of Fame locker though? Bahah (that's being facetious). He is right, he's remembered for the 16 seasons with the Packers, nothing can change that fact.

Brett Favre: No doubt how I will be remembered -- as a Packer

Love or hate him, he was a huge part of the Packers "rise from the dead".
I'll remember him for that, and the fun it was watching him.

What Packers fan would hate Favre? I was very pissed off that he put the sperm helmet on his head, but it isn't a reason to walk around and hate the guy. What it did was allow me to see the guy just as much for his many flaws as his greatness as a quarterback. It's pretty safe to say that Favre ruined his own demigod status among Packers fans by letting his ego rule common sense.

What has to stick in the craws of Vikings fans is that Bernard Berrian was actually wide open on that play. I'm not sure he would have gotten the first down even if he had made the catch, but he would have been able to get out of bounds and give Minnesota a chance at a long field-goal attempt.

It's also pretty fun to watch Chester Taylor's body language on that play. You can see him glance over his shoulder and do a total "Oh, shit!" double-take the moment Favre winds up to uncork the pass downfield. It makes me wonder how the play was originally called. I have to think it was intended to be a play-action pass to the sidelines, not a throw to the middle of the field.

Most forget thst was the bountygate game.
The Saints did everything they coukd to knock Favre out of the game, he refused to quit .

The gane ended the way every Packer fan wanted.

The guts and drive Favre showed right up till that last throw was the reason he will always be one of The Packer Greats!

I was addicted to The Hokey Pokey, but I turned myself around!

dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy

dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.

Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”
