Pain in your knee can cause you to change the way you walk, run or throw. Anyone that doesn't think so never had an injured knee themselves.

Uffda, I got hit by a car 3 years ago while walking. It screwed up my right knee (as well as back and hip).
Now, they can't find any damage with their fancy machinery, but I can tell you it HURTS. And most of the time if you looked at me or watched me walk, you would have NO idea that I have constant pain in it. And I'm not an NFL QB.

You're also not early 30's either, I'm guessing? I know that once you hit 40's things hurt even if they've never been injured. If you ran around playing QB I'm going to guess you could easily tell you were injured.

Pain meds are rampant in football. Perhaps, Aaron was shot up for games and that feeling wasn't conducive to his former play?

We'll see early on in 2016 if he's different as his knee shouldn't be an issue for a minor procedure months later.

When I was in my 20's and 30's, I probably could "hide" being hurt more easily then now.
Now, having been hit by a car, and getting multiple injuries, it's not so easy to hide.
When I had open heart surgery 7 years ago, I went through therapy. Even my heart surgeon was surprised at how good I did. He said most people had to be "told" to walk, to work out. Me, I wanted to get better and worked my rear end off trying to do so. I lost 40 pounds and looked pretty good. People that didn't know me were shocked when they heard of how close to death I was.
I bet Rodgers did his best to not let on to anyone just how much he was hurt or how it affected his game. Otherwise you KNOW there are players out there that would target his knee.
Look at how few times he took off running compared to other seasons. I bet that had a lot to do with it.

Glad you lost 40lbs...you've been through some things. It sucks getting older from a health standpoint.

Just another reason to think 2017 will be better.

Everybody comes back healthy and (knock on wood) stay that way, The Packers should once again be a favorite from the beginning of the season to go all the way.

Teams don't like to use injuries as excuses, but after the fact you can look back and see just what a difference they made.

Lot of young guys got valuable game experience, will only make the team stronger next year.

dfosterf (26-Jun) : I think it would be great to have someone like Tom Grossi or Andy Herman on the Board of Directors so he/they could inform us
dfosterf (26-Jun) : Fair enough, WPR. Thing is, I have been a long time advocate to at least have some inkling of the dynamics within the board.
wpr (26-Jun) : 1st world owners/stockholders problems dfosterf.
Martha Careful (25-Jun) : I would have otherwise admirably served
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Also, no more provision for a write-in candidate, so Martha is off the table at least for this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : You do have to interpret the boring fine print, but all stockholders all see he is on the ballot
dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy is on my ballot subject to me penciling him in as a no.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : I thought it used to be we voted for the whatever they called the 45, and then they voted for the seven, and then they voted for Mark Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”
