We need someone to get this team to have some SWAGGER. Not cockiness needed, but these WRs need to start flying and LEARN what they need to do to get open... or maybe they don't have the physical skill and we need someone else.

I thought this as soon as Miami let him go. My reasons are more than the W/L numbers. It seems that our current guys have a hard time adjusting when the original game plan is failing, but when Philbin was our OC - we saw changes made when needed.

The problems go beyond coaching staff, but this would be a step in the right direction.

I don't expect Clements to be around long after being given the play calling duties and then having them stripped from him. If I were Clements and McCarthy took the play calling duties back I'd start putting out feelers for another job.
