My father in law used to buy a half cow. I wish I could do it that way, but I don't have a freezer. Only the fridge one.

Another meal I really like is liver swimming in sauteed mushroom and onions. The key to making liver is to soak it milk for at least 18 hours. I get a lot of packages of liver with my full beef, works out well.

Trader Joes carries something called Sweet Chili Sauce. Add that to some chopped up chicken breast and toss it up into a tortilla shell with lettuce, cheese, and some mixed peppers and you got one fantastic dinner.

I'm simple.
BAD EMAIL because the address couldn ot be found, or is unable to receive mail.

Is cooking a lost art ? Has making Beef Stew, or Grilled Bar-B-Q Chicken gone out of style.
Vegetables , properly prepared , are not only good for you, but tasty too. I cook and it's not that difficult. What , you can't shake n bake pork chops or fry hamburger for Sloppy Joes or Hamburger Helper.
I don't expect pastry chefs, but a fresh can of biscuits is not that hard.

Come now people, who can't make a garden salad ? Let's all eat and live better, it's worth the small extra effort !

I LOVE to cook! I worked as a cook at "MISTER STEAK" in Milwaukee back when I was a teen. Steak, lobster and other dishes. Sloppy joes are one of my favorites!
And hamburger helper, I get the beef stroganoff, buy some mushrooms(fresh) sauté and add to the mix, and some sour cream! YUM!
Man....im torturing myself! I haven't had anything to eat since 9pm Tuesday night, and th hospital won't let me eat. Tomorrow(Thursday) I only get liquids. (And NOT BEER!) LOL!

Mucky Tundra (25-Jul) : also, no bueno when a guy starts getting concussions right off the bat in his career
Zero2Cool (25-Jul) : Concussion is worse. Banks probably vet off day via back booboo claim
Mucky Tundra (25-Jul) : @AndyHermanNFL Jordy Nelson out at camp today. No word if he’s in play for one of the two open roster spots ; )
