Things are getting ugly in the tech sector.
I sincerely hope none of you folks are tech industry employees who are affected by this latest round of bad economic news.

Yooper - Almost everyone I know is either panicking or near panic. Scary times for this industry.

Wonder about some of the other folks on the board. I know I'm not the only one in this sector.

I just got a raise and we've been hiring. Not that things are good but there are blessings to count... so far...

Actually it is a pain in the ass.. to pull someone with extended rights and ability to manipulate the system within code, it is quite lengthy process to track down all their elements within a network.

I still have a backdoor opening into a former employers network to this day.. they have never found the hole to close it I guess.

Not that I would utilize it for anything malicious or anything.

BTW Yoop.. thanks for the well wishes.. everyone in this turbulent economic times needs them.. or business principles are in the housing market.. the commercial and Historical sectors are carrying the losses of the residential to this point.

Being the only techie left here helps though. :lol:

You know what's funny?
A lot of people's brains (including mine) automatically correct typos to the point that we rarely see them. When you wrote that, I went back to the title and found that yes, there was a typo in it. I never even saw it until you pointed it out because my brain corrected it.

I spot typos instantly, no matter how dense the text that I'm reading. I'm not sure it's possible to hide a typo from me. That's why so many of my posts have "Edited by" notifications on the bottom. Sometimes I wish I were blind to them.
