Well, in my mind there is a difference between a bust, and a bad pick.
If for whatever reason a pick flops, could be struck by a meteor, he's a bust. He was picked high and did not produce.
A good example is Sherrod, he was a good pick, filled a need, but never got more than a handful of snaps. Bust. I don't think anyone should fault Ted for how it turned out, the pick at the time was a good one.
Alex Green: bad pick AND bust, came from a terrible offense(schematically), had no idea how to navigate an O-line, and we took him in the 3rd. He then proceeded to make Ryan Grant look like AP.
Justin Harrell kinda falls between these two, when healthy, he was a awesome in college, might have been a reach, I don't remember, but the guy just had the worst luck I've ever seen. So that's kinda on Ted, but not entirely. Shit happens (1st snap f the season for Harrel vs PHI and he tears his ACL)
