Don't really like that move for Seattle. They already had that Wilson guy at TE who looked like a legit receiving threat at the end of the year. Also they just gave Lynch that extension. On top of that their OL looked like garbage a lot of least year and now they get rid of a really good C.

I get Jimmy Graham is good and all but that seems like an awful lot to get him. Trading away the anchor of your offensive line (Russell already has to scramble a lot) and your 1st round pick that you could have easily used on Maxx Williams?

To each their own, I guess.

Can he block? Aren't they a run first team? It's a sexy move, not sure if it's a smart one.

It makes even less sense from the Saints perspective. They should just trade Brees and start over at this point.

I definitely would not have traded our center and a first round pick for Jimmy. I love Jimmy, but I think Richard Rodgers has upside. I'll stick with the guy I drafted. We have other needs to focus on.

Snider has been a pretty good GM the past few years so he must know something I don't...it just doesn't seem like a good move for them from an outsider's perspective.

Seahawks and Cowboys then us and Arizona

Super Bowl teams upgrade their teams by addition not by staying stagment.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

Am I the only one who thinks Richard Rodgers can be a star in this league?

When did Ted pick up peppers, guion, linsley, adams, haha, or r.rodgers who all made appreciable contributions to last year's team?

The seahawks just dropped a starting C and a 1st round pick for a TE who can't block on a run-first team and you're anointing them NFC champs already?

beast (8-Aug) : It's a new rule, so it's not clear, but my understanding was that they could be IR'd at any time
Mucky Tundra (8-Aug) : *had to be IRed at 53
Mucky Tundra (8-Aug) : beast, I thought the designate return from IR players had to be IR at cutdowns to 53, not before
beast (8-Aug) : It's a brand new rule, either last season or this season, prior, all pre-season IRs were done for the season
beast (8-Aug) : But the Packers would have to use one for their return from IR spots on him, when they cut down to 53.
beast (8-Aug) : I think the NFL recently changed the IR rules, so maybe the season might not be over for OL Glover.
Zero2Cool (8-Aug) : Packers star Howton, first NFLPA prez, dies at 95 😔
dfosterf (8-Aug) : Apparently it is too complicated for several to follow your simple instructions, but I digress
