How much of offensive performance is him and how much is having the best QB and some pretty good WR also. One of the areas I see lacking is in game adjustments. They seem to have good game plans, and come out after halftime with good adjustments. But they don't seem to make them on the fly and I think that is a lot to do with Mike not accurately being able to see what adjustments defenses are making between series.

How have players like Jones, Jennings, and BJack done outside of GB? Even the Bills and Raiders didn't want Matt Flynn yet where has he seen success?

However the Packers have organized it (OC assessing defense from above conveying message to Mike, or whatever), Mike's offenses have performed well, even though I do agree that it seems tough to be able to effectively manage a team and offense in the middle of a game.

Flynn hasn't really been a success, he just knows the system here and has enough of a team around him so he can look decent.

When I look the offense has mostly performed against teams they were better than. Against the better teams they have faced, the results are not as outstanding. And that is where I could see the difference being made. Being able to make more adjustments on the fly rather than waiting until halftime.

They beat the Super Bowl champs...they beat a once hot Eagles team by how many points? Didn't the Pats lose by 30 to the Chiefs, who didn't make the playoffs?

Who on here REALLY thought the Pack would beat the Seahawks before the game? Saying we played down to them is revisionist history.

Yet you say The Packers played down to their competition.

Explain. Wait never mind.
Won't make sense anyway.

I have feelings this is the beginning of the end for Mike.
Ted starts taking away his responsibilities.
Rumored riffs with Aaron on play calling.

Big question is ha Mike lost the players confidence?

Nothing Will bring a coach down faster then losing the locker room.

Some of you may get your wish after 2015.

Buckeye already touched on one of the points I wanted to make with "playing down to the seahawks." The league has parity, every team lost to someone "they shouldn't have" this year.

Don Shula, never won a SB with one of the best QBs ever. Winning is tough and nobody wants to acknowledge that. The Packers have been one of the most consistent franchises since Ted and Mike have been here which many seem to overlook.
