Mike has shown in the past that when the going gets rough,

he will abandon the run for long periods of time.

Lacy has 77 yards in two games. He will be lucky to break 100 for the season by the time the
Detroit game is over. Our OL is not very good at run blocking...hasn't been in recent years. We can run vs. poor DL's the caliber of ours, but against any good front we struggle. It's been a pattern for years.

Eddie will finally break free vs. a poor Bears D that is actually better than last year's and some will concluded the running game is "fixed". It'll just be we finally played a non good defensive front.

27 doesn't have the speed to be effective vs. strong fast fronts, nor do we have the road graders capable of making holes for him to run through vs. better competition.

Gimme Harris vs. those better fronts...the guy is fast and shifty and stands a much better chance due to his speed and escapability.

The simple fact, which hasn't been addressed here yet is this.

The Jets stayed in their base D the whole game, even when The Packers went to a 3 wideout set, The Jets did not get out of their base D.

They went into the game planning to stop Lacy.

Thank goodness we have that Stat-whoring QB Rodgers and that WR, what was he called after his SB performance?

Oh yea Jordy "bad hands" Nelson.

You all can continue to over analyze, and pretend you know more than the coaches.

Bottom line Packers won, on to Detroit.
