I agree with Darkane. If you want to critique coaching decisions and philosophy, fine. But as a coach and person he definitely appears to get it and is a great fit for what the Packers are about. Blue collar, not flashy, loyal arguably to a fault, yet still capable and willing to evolve. You can't have an ego and be willing to travel to Texas A&M with your staff and ask how to defend the read option. He saw how much a lack of a run game hurt this team despite the smokescreen success from the 2011 season and adapted.
As a whole, a good man and good coach for this organization.
