Randall's injury last year may save us some on his deal but he should command more than Jordy. Michael Rodney of Packer Update wrote on that a few months ago and NFL execs said Cobb would command more on the open market.
Plus, you have Aaron Rodgers saying this from ESPN.com:
Speaking Tuesday on his ESPN 540 radio show Rodgers said Cobb
"is probably going to go down as one of the best picks in [Packers general manager] Ted Thompson's career, if not the best."
Ted Thompson sits on his hands per former GM: "because they’ve had 25 fricking years of great quarterbacks. Of course it works. Try it without a special quarterback."
