No way do I see this guy as BPA at 21 with all the talent in this draft.
This would be a move back to early round 2 MAYBE pick. I think you take him at #53 if he's around and not worry about it if he's gone.

I pulled up four top 100 boards and his BEST ranking was 38 and the lowest was 56th. I know you can take these with a grain of salt but when over and over a players name does not make it into the 1st round it does start to say something.

You never know where Ted has these players at but I would not be thrilled with this pick at all. Would love to see him in the 2nd round though.

If ASJ is selected at 21, I will rip my damn eyes out.

That is my amateur scouting report on him. Keep in mind, had Gronk went in the first round, many would’ve booed the pick because the media had him as a day two player.

Would be a decent shout in the second round but as others have said the first round would be way too early.

I didn't even look at this post it was so annoying to me. Sorry. it wasn't you it these pretend experts that get to me.

They say GB HAS to have a TE because Jer Mike is not there.
They don't care what the other TEs on the team are. Most of these so called experts don't do enough research to find out why the 2nd and 3rd string players are not the first string player.
They look at the TE list and see ASJ name toward the top and think that GB HAS to have him or they are doomed.
They don't care that he is a reach at 21.
They want it so they insist no matter how dumb it would be at the time.

edit- BTW I don't mean to criticize your ranking Jenkins as the top TE in the list or doubt it when you say he is worthy of being a Day 1 pick.
I like your selection of Shazier better.

Would love it if we scooped up ASJ in the 2nd round. I know a lot of people aren't down with taking a TE high in the draft but I can't get this teams red zone woes out of my head and not help but think how improving the TE position would help.

Keeping Rodgers healthy is the key to solving our red zone woes. (#26 in 2013, #1 in 2012, #3 in 2011, etc).

ASJ would literally kill me with our first pick. No way.

dfosterf (25-Jul) : It's my one day deal complaint dept. on shareholder meeting day
dfosterf (25-Jul) : Probably a homer access credential intimidation kinda thing
dfosterf (25-Jul) : Meathead "journalists" skip this, concentrating on operational revenue when convenient. They switch when net revenue is more favorable.
dfosterf (25-Jul) : Resulting in an actual drop of net revenue of 12.5%. She is from Minnesota. Just sayin'

dfosterf (25-Jul) : Did Savion Williams run into a goalpost or something?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jul) : also, no bueno when a guy starts getting concussions right off the bat in his career
Zero2Cool (25-Jul) : Concussion is worse. Banks probably vet off day via back booboo claim
Mucky Tundra (25-Jul) : @AndyHermanNFL Jordy Nelson out at camp today. No word if he’s in play for one of the two open roster spots ; )
dfosterf (25-Jul) : Is that better or worse than Banks bad back?
Zero2Cool (25-Jul) : Savion concussion ... not good.
