This could be a defining moment in the opposite direction too. I honestly don't believe the majority of our players are as bad as they have shown these past 5 weeks. I think there has been a big disconnect between the staff and the players. If they were to somehow put it all together, maybe we beat ATL, without Rodgers, then maybe Rodgers is cleared v. DAL, and that might prove an even bigger, greater defining moment, should we win that one.
If this team miraculously starts getting it together, on both sides of the ball, and we make an improbable run, who knows what could happen? They've literally done it before, 4 seasons ago.
It seems far fetched at this point, with the poor showings we've had through 5 weeks of play, but I can see us still winning this division. DET can easily flop two. CHI will struggle to come out of this week with a W. If, somehow, the Packers pull off a good run to end the season 4-0, they would be one of the hottest teams in the NFL going into the playoffs, and they may shock the world again.
We are due for a lot of picks. We just are. If we can get both sides of the ball to get their shit together, along with STs, both players and coaches, maybe we see something special.
Ah, a man can dream, can't he?

bring in the experinced vet backup 2nd half of 4th game, plays well, gets a tie, which at this point is just as good as a win. whether The Packers were 6-6 or 5-6-1, at this point in the season puts them at the same place.
I skipped the 5th game,.
Now it is said The Packers missed anywhere between 13 and 20 tackles(I've heard different reports, the majority of those tackles I believe I read were in the 1st quarter, the quarter,
which The Defense created 3 turnovers, scoring on one and giving The Offense the ball in good enough position to at least get a FG.
The other was inside their own 10, preventing a Detroit score.
The Packers D had just came off a game 4 days earlier in which tey were on the field 84 plays, due to the inability of The offense to sustain any drive the D played 81 plays that last game.
Did I forget to mention that The O-line injuries started about the 2nd game of this 5 game in 25day stretch.
Just wanted to get this down in black and white, so when the revisionist start their re-writing of packer history, I will have a post to come back to tor remember the actual facts.
The only defining moment I forsee Sunday is when The Packers pull off a win, and they can point back to The Atlanta game as their turnaround point.
I will be real dissapointed in Ted Thompson and The Packer organization if they fold under the pressure of Sportwriters and fans and start firing people.
Been a bad 5 weeks(or should I say 25 days), what happens the next 4 games will deterimin whether it will be a bad year or a good year
Packers just need this win, I don't care how ugly it is, just win this game and you may have your defining moment of the season..
I was addicted to The Hokey Pokey, but I turned myself around!
