In his six-year head coaching career with the Packers from 2000–05, Sherman compiled a 57–39 regular season record and a 2–4 postseason record. And he got fired after 1 losing season despite losing 3 pro bowlers early in the year.

So he got fired after 1 losing season and this will be MM's 2nd so why is he still here?

What I'd like to see Ted Thompson do is shore up weaknesses with 2nd tier free agents instead of relying on rookies. Very few rookies are impact players.

See Texas, I'm not the only one that thinks you're a Dumbass! But you keep up your opinions. Boomers know everything after all.

Aren't half the teams in the league looking for a starting quarterback? What's unacceptable is the O-line we keep trotting out there to block for our QB. Time to buy a few in free agency, wouldn't you think?

When you go through about 4 quarterbacks in a matter of 5 weeks something's wrong. That's the only thing I would put on Ted. He didn't prepare for this.

You know, even if it is Ted Thompson's time to go (which I don't think it is), does Mark Murphy have the balls to pull the trigger now? Even more so, do we want him as president? I guess we should write our board of directors... vote with our stock. Ooo being an owner is fun!

I guess that's one less little factoid the networks have to use from now on (Packers QBs vs other teams QBs in a given time frame.

For how long must we not complain about Ted Thompson because of the Super Bowl?

I believe our coaching staff has failed far more than our personnel staff.
