I don't reckon he'll have much chance to get to 4000.

We'll give the Lions a heavy dose of Ryan Grant as they make even us look good against the run.

Really depends on how long he plays, I don't think he'll play the whole game. I hope he makes it but I don't think he will.

Unless you are MM, you play not to lose the game!!!
Aaron Rodgers will get 4000, should be pushing 5000yds this season, it's quite obvious that the passing game was more successful then the run game, and the playmakers on The Packers are their WR's
Mike McCarthy was afraid to let Aaron Rodgers loose, and we all have seen the results.

Hey Mike, how about next year, don't hold The qb back!!!!

Yeah, that pretty much exactly what I was thinking. If the game turns out like most of the Lions games this year and like last time we played them (without the defense giving up a huge lead), I think we'll see some of Flynn or Brohm and some of the other back-ups.

He will get it by half time. GB up by 3 TD, They will put Flynn out there for the 2nd half since there is nothing at stake for either team.

I know Chico will want to start slinging being that it is the last game of the season, but I think Ryan Grant will be running the ball a lot. I hope so at least...

I want to say this in the most unambiguous way that I can:

Any quarterback who can throw for nearly 4,000 yards his first year as a starter is an exceptional quarterback.

Why are we acting like he is a rookie? This is his 4th year in the system. Plus it also means we were playing from behind this year. You know me NON i goto the stats and some interesting things you could look at

505 attempts 3730 yards = 7.38 yards attempt

411 attempts 3265 yards = 7.94 yards attempt

220 attempts 1678 yards = 7.62 yards attempt

567 attempts 4210 yards = 7.42 yards attempt

Now you can see that stats can be misleading at times. Here who these qbs are.

505 = Rodgers
411= Romo
220 = o'sullivan
567 = cutler

so if we look at these 4 qbs Rodgers would be the worst of the 4th and one qb was benched.

Its how you can manipulate stats to change views about a qb. One can say hes doing great because look at all the yards, but then you can turn them like i did and it doesn't look so good.

After all of this i can pretty much say our team sucked this year lol and we played from behind alot. Rodgers is an average qb but as far as elite i think that is judged by wins and losses combined with stats.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

Currently standing at 3730, requiring 270 yards against the Lions. It's a pretty good target to hit if he can make 4000 yards in his first playing season.

I said yes, but this is a tough one. We might pull an early lead then Mike McCarthy will end up calling run plays. I won't blame Mike McCarthy though because that's probably what I would do too if we jump out to a 14-3 lead in the 1st half.

he should be able to get 4000 yards if mccarthy lets him throw.

beast (21-Jan) : Also, with these "Super Conferences" instead of a single conference champion, have 4 teams make a Conference playoffs.
beast (21-Jan) : Also in college football, is a bye week a good or bad thing?
