Each season every team and their fans, including the fans of the Green Bay Packers, go into the start of training camp with one goal in mind: Winning the Super Bowl. It's a loft goal and one that only a single team will realize. But for lucky Packers fans, the likelihood that the team [...]

There's only one REAL cause for worry: what if something happens to Mr. Rodgers?

I wouldn't include backup QB because ANYBODY replacing Aaron Rodgers would be such a downgrade that the bottom would fall out. Harrell/Coleman can hold the clipboard as good as anybody, and I'd take them over basically anybody else that there would be any reasonable chance to pick up.

The five items in the article are valid if the meaning is worry about being the absolute best in the NFL or not, but basically, pretty much everything could go wrong with all of those, and Aaron Rodgers would make the Packers a top five team. Conversely, everything could go right on all of those, and without Aaron Rodgers, we would be bottom 5 or 10.

My biggest worry wouldn't be anything on the list.

It would be health.

5: The guys we have can play. Hawk and Jones are nothing special, but they are solid, and they can get it done.

Terrell Manning and Sam Barrington are the wildcards. I'm high on Manning. I think he's gonna be a player.

And frankly imo, Bishop was overrated. It's not like he ever sniffed a pro bowl.

4: Only question at safety is how good is McMillian? He's already adequate. But the sky's the limit. He's got the raw skills. Should take a step up in year two. Morgan Burnett is solid. Solid backups too. They could always move House back there too, if he can't crack the lineup. We're deep at DB.

3: Moving the offensive line around is a strength, not a weakness. We will be better as a result. I'm mainly gonna be watching to see if Patrick Lewis will beat out EDS for the C position. The RT battle will be interesting, but I think both of the main competitors can play.

2: Let QBs keep trying to run against us. They'll get knocked out. RG3 found out what happens when you rely on your QB as a rusher.

1: If Arodge goes down, it will force Mike to adhere to WCO fundamentals. Who knows, might even make us better.

Damn that;s the best laugh I've had all off-season!!!!!

Going back to #1, checking the stats,

in 2010(superbowl year) The Packers gave up 1838 yds rushing/5.1 avg,

in 2011(15-1), The Packers gave up 1789yds rushing/4.7 average,

in 2012 The Packers gave up 1896 yds rushing/4.5 average.

The Packers D actually gave up less yds per average last year.

Most don't want to focus on the season as a whole, all they want to do is point out that AP torched The Packers for 500+yds in 3 meetings, and use that as the model.

BTW didn't Green Bay win 2 of the 3 games against The Vikings last year?

Nobody seems to give Brad Jones much credit, even though he moved from olb to ilb, a position he had never played, and did a pretty damn good job.

That other guy, all he has done is lead the team in tackles or finished #2, 6 of the 7 years he has been with The Packers. While playing 4 different lb positions in 2 completely different defensive schemes.

ILB is not a position of worry, it's finding that 2nd olb to compliment CM3, and hope both can stay on the field.

Most teams take a huge drop when they lose their QB so to me that goes without saying.

My biggest concerns remains the strength of the offensive line, and the competence and inside linebacker and safety.
Circular Arguments: They are a heck of an annoyance
