He just gets some reps at OLB.
I want him inside on pass rushing situations more than the outside to be honest with you.
Him and Jones will wreck havoc in Dom's Nickel defense.

As for ILB... I think it's more likely they put Matthews at that ILB spot with Perry and Neal on the outside.
When they go into that 2-4 (as they call it) the look on the field is really more like a 4-2 so Neal and Perry will be 4-2 DEs and Matthews will be a blitzing LB and the other team won't know which gap he's going to blitz. And they may once in a while drop Perry or Neal back in that.
