Can they force a defensive lineman into anger management classes, or is that mindset part of his job description? Suh is a disgrace.

Oxymoronish to dictate to a Defensive lineman about anger management.. but that said, dirty is still dirty at the end of the day.

Play with a controlled rage.. Suh apparently doesn't have the concept down.

Absolutely the dirtiest player in the league and has no respect for his football bretheran.
Thew guy is a POS.

I am sure he was intentionally trying to use his foot just like most every player does at some time. Oline leg whips and tries to trip blitzers or when beat. Dline will try to trip also. But there is no way he was trying to get Schaub in the junk. In the end, it was no more "DIRTY" than ever facemask, hold, hit to QB head.

Outside of the stomp in D-Smith, him being Dirty is much overrated.

Yeah, listen to Formo, you need to take a shot at Schaub's knees before you can be called dirty.

The thing that in my opinion makes it worse is: He has such a track record of being a jerk.

Would the Lions coach be ticked off if some player from another team did that crap to HIS QB? You bet he would. Yet he can't get his own player to not play dirty.

If it was me, the next time we played that guy, i'd tell my guys to go sfter him every play. In the groin, and any other soft spot.
The only way to deal with a bully (if the so called "authority figures" won't do anything) is to give them a shot of their own garbage. Show them that if they are going to play that way, then the gloves come off.

Suh is a dirty player, and it should not be tolerated by the NFL. They preach "protecting players" then let this thug do whatever he wants, cause he's a "STAR" player. 30 grand to him is a slap on the wrist.

I guess they can justify a fine, under the defenseless player rule.

He did hit Schaub in the head.

Fully expect this to be appealed and should be over turned. What grounds did they fine under?

beast (8-Jan) : Though if they're legitimately trying to re-sign MM, then it makes sense.
beast (8-Jan) : Jerry Jones still hasn't put Jimmy Johnson in the Ring of Honor, but he's in the NFL's Hall of Fame, Jones is petty
Mucky Tundra (8-Jan) : Unless the Cowboys are planning an extension, seems kinda petty
beast (8-Jan) : Cowboys denied Bears request
Mucky Tundra (6-Jan) : From what I'm reading, MM is under contract through the 14th of January; after that he's free game
Zero2Cool (6-Jan) : McCarthy let go or not extended??
