Jones looked especially poor last night.. I would say Manning over Jones at this point.

Jones looks like a guy that needs a change of scenery.

Backers that I see sticking.

Lattimore can cross over to both Inside and Outside.

That is 9.. I think that is the number.

Lattimore might be IR material or cut.. and someone else steps in.

My counts early were.. so I stick with the NINE count.

Source confirmed the Packers have indeed waived WR Tori Gurley.

Really surprising. I am kind of shocked that this was done so early, with no work on a trade. Makes little sense to me.

RD also reporting via Twitter Moss and Guy have been waived.

Considering most teams knew he was likely to be cut, why would they trade for him? Teams aren't as willing to give up draft picks as some think. Do you know for a fact Thompson did not try to work out a trade?

I don't see Gurley mentioned anywhere as being cut.

BTW... I think Bostick if he goes unclaimed, makes the PS.

Personally I like the flashes I seen from the kid.. just needs time.

One of the articles I read said, "based on the early cuts, it looks like the packers will be shopping for an olineman."

I think they may be praying one of them (Moss, Gurley or Borel) sneak through to the PS.

But I think Boykins was just more consistent than any of them.. I think he makes this team.

I am SO bummed about Gurley. I thought his STs work was amazing and would keep him on the team. Hell, I would have kept him at least until Neal comes off suspension. Who knows what could happen to our WR corp through 4 weeks? I don't like it.

Love the Boykins pick. He was a beast at VT. Made that team A LOT better.

I'm somewhat surprised Wells didn't make the roster. He seems to be about as good of a veteran backup offensive linemen that the Packer's would find, at this point. Otherwise, they might be able to find an inexperienced young guy with potential, at best, which they will likely have one or two of on the practice squad as is. He didn't look great, but he didn't have much time to do so, either.
