Safety will be fine barring the House injury. If Wood can line up opposite Morgan with Tramon, House, and Hayward at CB I feel pretty comfortable.

This could be a nice fit.. if nothing else it gives us another option and puts pressure on the competition.

That said.. Ted is a machine.. don't perform.. here is the door.

This makes it interesting and gives the Packers a between the tackles type runner.

Grant is a nice player.. but durability questions are always there.. not to mention I think the Packers might still hold a bit of a grudge for his leverage play a couple years ago.

But concerning Benson, He would give us a known commodity plus name recognition. However you feel about the bears former #3 overall pick he has got it done multiple years. We need opposing defenses to at least acknowledge our run game before they respect it. Benson will provide that.

He's coming off back-to-back seasons in which he averaged less than four yards per carry. This move doesn't say much about Benson. It says a lot about James Starks, Alex Green, and Brandon Saine, though. Maybe this will light a fire under one of them.
