Good stuff Pack, and we're in agreement there.

The reason I put his name up for possible Hall of Fame candidacy were raw numbers, which is often what people look at. 3 time Pro Bowler, and let's look at his Pro Bowl numbers:
2008 - 7 INTs, 295 yards from INT returns (#1 in the NFL) and 3 pick sixes (#1 in the NFL)
2009 - 6 INTs, 110 yards from INT returns, 2 FRs
2010 - 4 INTs, 34 yards from INT returns, 2 FRs, 1 FR TD, 1 SB ring

His pass coverage numbers were undeniably elite and let's not forget, he was only 28 in his last year of playing.

Would he have gone on to the Hall? Odds were no, but there's a pretty good shot he would have been nominated IF he maintained numbers like that.

The one thing I really miss about Collins is our CBs are gamblers. Collins allowed protection for our gambling. Without Collins back there, our gambling looked really, really ugly as there was no one back there to cover up the misses and they turned into big plays.

Amazing how the loss of only 2 players turned our #2 D into the #19 D.

Denver put pretty good pressure on the QB in a game I watched last year, I don't remember who they were playing. It depends on your personell. If we had JJ Watt along with Raji and Worthy I think those three could bring pretty good pressure. However,in our case last year it was like telling the QB to "take all the time you need..." LOL
Why is Jerry Kramer not in the Hall of Fame?

if dom capers isnt showing this before every practice he is doing it wrong. disgusting display of "defense" and "tackling"

GBGuy - that was one of the most painful videos to watch I've ever seen. Now I know what it's like to be a Vikings fan.

Or the 4th and 26 in terms of defense..

That run will be forgotten in short order.. but the Hail Mary pass will live on.

but pack93z makes a good point, in the grand scheme of things that play meant nothing. While it is a great example of [one of] our defense's glaring weaknesses, it will be forgotten soon. 4th and 26, and that hail mary in the Giants game will live on for a while.
