Wow! Porforis has become one of my favorite posters because of those 2 responses. He gets it.

Yes, the Democrats will pretend to be your friends and screw you over. The Republicans will just screw you over.

Imagine how much better this country would be if we stopped voting for lesser of two evils and actually put some decent candidates in there.

And out here, the majority of Christians are pretty liberal. Go figure. Maybe DakotaT needs to move to California. šŸ¤”

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

I'm not leaving my ivory tower, thank you very much. Not until my bones ache from the cold weather will I be moving. I do like to spend a week in warm weather though: Florida, Vegas, California - whatever works.

I like some things about liberalism, like sexual freedom and freedom to poison your body with whatever you want. But they got way too much hippie in them so they believe in peace at gunpoint, like doing away with the 2nd and 4th Amendments because they're scary, for instance.

Then in Orange County, I'm not too crazy about the conservatives there either. They're often religious nuts and also anti-gun. WTF?

I'm all for religion. I think it's a wonderful thing. But it should be a personal thing, not forced down someone else's throats and especially not made into law (1st Amendment covers this). So when I say nut, it's someone who forces their religion onto someone else. Religious people, I have utmost respect for. Orange County types tend to be the nutty type, not the cool religious type.

So the politics here are awful. But from what I've heard, so are Wisconsin's. At least we got good weather.

Aghhh aghhh durr durr at least we got good weather ... yeah and EARTHQUAKES! Take that! lol :P

You also have some of the most unsafe cities in America, but I'd have to also say the beach front houses are a gem.

I couldn't survive in Los Angeles or New York City or Chicago or any other overly crowded place. There's just too damn many people for my liking. I lack the patience to wait at a stop light for 2 minutes to drive half mile to wait again.

I don't think it's the system that's failing. I believe if we had honest people running the system, it would be just fine. But as porky88 said, people want to get power and keep that power.

He made a lot of money in private equity, but that's not a bad thing. That's capitalism. G.W. Bush was honest, too. I think he was an incompetent President, but he wasn't a bad person. He also had to deal with some heavy circumstances to say the least.

Give any person power (your or I) and they're going to want to keep it. Our system isn't perfect. But it’s supposed to be the one with the fewest flaws. That’s why we have term limits for our President. It’s sad we don’t have term limits for congress. They’d probably do their jobs better if they weren’t running for office 24/7.

Okay, I'm not saying our system is perfect. That's vastly different than saying the system is failing. I think the system can work if it was policed by people with less greed ... be it monetary or power.

As for Mitt Romney, I would rather whip out my dick and take a piss on him as to shake his hand. Anybody born into privilege is expected to do great things, and all he has accomplished is buying and gutting companies and firing workers of the acquired companies. This is not the character of someone I want in the highest office of the country.

I'd vote for Ron Paul if he weren't such a crazy fucking lunatic fiscally. Revert to the gold standard system - come on Ron.

I thought Newt Gingrich would have been best. Don't care that you think that's whack. I'm trying to unfuck this country, no thanks to you dogs...I don't care if his pecker wasn't in his pocket, if he was a dick politically in the past, etc. IMO, He can at least THINK. He promulgates such radical and nonsensical ideas like-- " Get a job, motherfucker, and stop sucking off the gov't tit" He HAS to be crazy, to the friggin' Pavlov dog pinko commies come Wisconsin way, lol btw Romney is a talk-show-host. Still better than this very fucked up preacher with absolutely no clue except how to pander to your uninformed dumbass.

bboystyle (12-May) : The Green Bay Packers on Monday signed Taylor Elgersma, the Canadian-born quarterback who tried out at the team’s rookie camp last weekend

Zero2Cool (12-May) : And for Ian Rapoport to announce Saints send 1st and 2nd rounder to Packers for Malik Willis.
dfosterf (12-May) : *Elgersma*
dfosterf (12-May) : Today would be a good day to discover the Pack signed Taylor Engersma, the Canadian QB
Zero2Cool (11-May) : It wasn't. He simply wanted his money back. They refused. Cops came. They gave him his money in end.
dfosterf (11-May) : Fortunately it doesn't sound like a big deal

wpr (8-May) : HAHAHA Mucky Comment of the day.
Mucky Tundra (8-May) : According to reports, Mel Kiper is furious that Sanders wasn't selected as the new Pope
Zero2Cool (8-May) : Time taken to get picked:
Zero2Cool (8-May) : New Pope: 2 days | Shedeur Sanders: 3 days

Mucky Tundra (8-May) : New Pope from Chicago; in other words, the city produced a Pope before a 4000 yard passer

Zero2Cool (5-May) : Ravens release Justin Tucker, err D. Watson Jr?
Zero2Cool (5-May) : Cardinals have signed TE Josiah Deguara.
Zero2Cool (5-May) : If I were to "Google" it, then I wouldn't read it in your words.
Martha Careful (5-May) : Yes, in the military S2’s work on IPB, PERCEC, PHYSEC and IO
dfosterf (4-May) : FYI civilian companies swipe the S2 designation from the military. S2 is the intelligence branch up to brigade level. G2 is division level.
dfosterf (4-May) : Google it. Make sure to tack NFL on it or you will get the military meaning
Zero2Cool (4-May) : S2?
beast (4-May) : Seems like the S2 has a love/hate relationship with professional scouts.
beast (4-May) : In theory, the S2 test how quickly a QBs brain can solve game like issues and how quickly they can do it.
dfosterf (4-May) : Are you gentlemen and at least one lady familiar with the S2 cognition
Zero2Cool (4-May) : Maybe there isn't an issue.
beast (4-May) : NFL really needs to fix their position labeling issue, but I don't think they care
Zero2Cool (1-May) : Packers did not activate the fifth-year options for linebacker Quay Walker, with the goal of signing him to a contract extension.
