Untying shoe strings... mhm.

The following is a transcript of Brock's comments, courtesy of MLive.com:

"First of all, you know the experience of the Green Bay offensive line right now? It's like next to nothing. They have so many injuries. They've got guys with one, two, three, four and maybe 14 starts under their belts playing right now. The only reason they're winning is because Aaron Rodgers is a stud.

So my friend, James -- man, I probably shouldn't say his name, he told me not to tell this, and I was like, 'Whatever,' -- he's the offensive line coach. The center, or one of his guards, he's had like one or two starts in his career and he's got to play against Suh. So he's pretty puckered, right? So, he's talking to James, the offensive line coach, going, 'What do I do? What do I do?' James is just in his mind going, 'This guy is going to get killed. I got to take his mind off it, give him something else to do.' So he says, 'OK, every time you're in a pile, I want you to focus on something. I want you to untie his shoes.'

He says, "What?"

'Anytime you can, just reach in, he's got floppy shoe laces, he doesn't spat or anything, just untie his shoes. It will irritate him.'

If true, this may go down as Campen's greatest coaching contribution to the Green Bay Packers.
William Henderson didn't have to run people over. His preferred method was levitation.

My problem is, if this is true, then why in the hell didn't Suh say it from the beginning? Did he believe no one would take his excuse seriously?

I hope this isn't true, the Packers have a reputation. Or maybe he's just an angry, jealous, former packer.

I'm not incredibly shocked. I was wondering what D-S had done that got Suh so mad. You don't normally push a guys head into the ground repeatedly like that, and then stomp on him when you get up. I thought it was pretty obvious that D-S had done/said something to Suh, especially with D-S' reaction afterwards. MSN said D-S untied the shoes 3 times before Suh stomped on him. lol

Dude could've just thrown on a double knot, but that's not how he rolls.

Hey tards ... his name is Evan Dietrich-Smith. It's not that difficult. Remember, we're not Vikings fans, we can do more than some half ass attempt at abbreviating a fellas name.

Hahaha ... dorks.

Mucky Tundra (30-Jan) : Now that's a thought, maybe they're looking at the college ranks? Maybe not head coaches but DC/assistant DCs with league experience?
beast (30-Jan) : College Coaches wouldn't want that publicly, as it would hurt recruiting and they might not get the job.
beast (30-Jan) : I thought they were supposed to publicly announce them, at least the NFL ones. Hafley was from college, so I believe different rules.
Mucky Tundra (30-Jan) : Who knows who they're interviewing? I mean, nobody knew about Hafley and then out of nowhere he was hired
