Well, here's the thing. If you suddenly started complimenting people, we'd all think someone hacked into your account.

And now for a contrarian view, as Nik Bonaddio and Keith Goldner rank Finley as the single most overrated player in fantasy football:

Jermichael Finley, TE, Packers (99 percent owned)

Every year we hear so much hype surrounding this kid, thanks to having the top QB in the league and raw athleticism. Unfortunately, like eating at Subway, Finley continues to disappoint. This past week, he caught his sixth TD of the year, but posted just his third game over 10 points. Outside of a 26-point Week 3 performance, which accounts for 28 percent of his total points on the season, Finley has scored under eight points in 75 percent of his starts. He may still be a startable tight end due to the sheer potential of working in the Packers offense, but he is not top tier.

Yes, he's on my fantasy football team and one game, he was a monster. The rest of the season has been 😣

We'll see whether or not 🇹🇹 agrees with DakotaT in the offseason. If I had to place bets, I'd say no.

Finley is a very valuable asset to this team. Article was a bit off on some things but I think if you contribute Finley's game playing speed, what was said can be true that he does play as fast or faster than some wide receivers. 40 times...no.

Referring mostly to the last Packers game, Finley was doubled a majority of the time and was mugged for almost the entirety of the game. He got one call out of what could have been multiple holding and defensive pass interference calls (the one called was minor compared to the others).

I am for Finley getting an extension and being one of the top paid tight ends. I agree with a lot of what the article states. Finley helps the receivers on this team. I don't want to take anything away from what Jordy Nelson has done this year (I was Nelson>Jones)because I do believe he he become a better player, but you have to think that having a weapon like Finley in the mix with the compliments of Jennings does help our 3rd, 4th, and 5th receivers.

Finley corrects the mental errors and he is an even bigger asset to this team. Jennings has had some key drops this year as well and it seems like there are some games the whole corp has a case of the dropsies.

I wouldn't want to see the Packers have to play against Finley. That would be a nightmare.

Ugh, I know, no full article posting,

Green Bay - There are parts of tight end Jermichael Finley's game you can identify with no difficulty at all.

1) There are the drops (nine), the false-starts (four) and the lapses in blocking (occasional). There are the complaints to the officials (a few too many) and the brash statements.

There are all those things that make Finley as recognizable on the field as any member of the Green Bay Packers.

2) Finley might frustrate the button-down fan who would prefer he be less demonstrative on the field, be a little more humble and care at little bit less about his next contract.

Many fans argue that Finley's value isn't that great because the team won a Super Bowl last year when he missed all but five games with a knee injury. .

You have to factor in the flawless play of Rodgers, but it would be hard not to acknowledge Finley has played a large part in the offense seeing its numbers increase from 358.1 yards, 24.2 points and two passing touchdowns per game last year to 405, 35 and three this year.

And with the pressure on the offense greater because of the defense playing at a far poorer level than a year ago, those improved numbers have been vital to the team's success.

"I think he is critical," said an NFC personnel executive who asked not to be identified. "Look at the Packers and those receivers and think about that. But (Finley) has a lot to prove."

3) His big soft hands have deserted him at times this season, his coaches say he's taking his eye off the ball because of his desire to get yards after the catch.

Finley said remembering all the assignments is harder than actually executing, but he said while his grades might not have been the best at the University of Texas, his football knowledge is top-shelf.

As for the other items you BOLD, Finley should be retained cheap, if he signs elsewhere, I won't really be upset.

There's no way Greg Jennings plays this coming week. Mike McCarthy didn't play A.J. Hawk and he could go, so no way does Jennings regardless of his injury status.

All I gotta say to Jermichael Finley is,
you got one shot, one opportunity
to seize everything you ever wanted in one game
will you capture it or just let it slip?
