“He’s the greatest pure passer the game of football has ever seen.”

And that's from THEISMANN!

So is this one:
“unquestionably the fastest release the game has ever seen.”

It gets boring....They are running out of words to use to describe him

you know - IMO rodgers wouldnt be what he is today if it wasnt for MM and his plays and the recievers he throws too. He has so many good receivers to throw too; heck jordy and james jones could replace many teams #1 out there. I admit last year I liked JJ a bit more but this year jordy has been doing really well.

Those receivers don't give him the fast release. I think he developed that because of the abysmal offensive line play he endured his first few years. Even today he doesn't get nearly as much time to throw as Tom Brady does, but then again, no one gets that much time.

Michael Irvin was busy being his ignorant self again yesterday. I think he said something like this...

"Rodgers is great cuz of one: the offensive line, two: those receivers and three: BRETT FARF. Farf sitting him down those years is what made Rodgers great."

Awe'ron Rodgers. Say it, you'll be hooked.

Aaron Rodgers does NOT have the quickest release the NFL has ever seen. I watched Dan Marino!

WCO is dying. Well, sort of. All 32 teams use at least some of the plays in their playbook but a lot of formerly WCO teams are moving away from it as the Cover 2 has gotten to the point where WCO gets a lot of stats but not a lot of points any more.

We've all heard DCs talk about letting teams move the ball downfield and capitalizing on a mistake.

So in summary, we don't run that many quick release routes except for the instant reception (WR turns around and the ball is there and it's up to the WR to either break that first tackle or make his covering CB miss).

As for what Zero2Cool said - yes, Marino had a faster release than 🇦🇷. But 🇦🇷's got Marino on pretty much everything else, and thankfully is a heck of a lot more mobile. Marino HAD to have a quick release because in a foot race, my Grandma would smear him.

I didn't see Dan Marino was more mobile or touched on anything you rambled on about. Go piss in someone else's Cheerios 'mate!
