Yesterday I was approved for the place on Riverside. I haven't heard back about Boardwalk. However, I talked to a few people around here who live in Fort Collins and they said Riverside is a better area for kids. So, with that, and $100 less a month, I've decided to take the Riverside place.

Quite a load off my shoulders knowing I have a place, that's for sure.

I'm glad to hear you found a nice place. It sounds like a much better community for your daughter. I hope everything works out well for you and your daughter when you relocate.

It's awesome you make this sacrifice for her. Kids should just need to worry about being kids. They have plenty of time ot see how messed up this world is as they grow older.

Holy freaking awesome! I just received notification that if I want the Boardwalk place, it's mine. How the hell did I beat out 10 other people??

This means Keiana is going to be attending one of the best schools in Colorado.
