Couldn't tell you, but I can inform you that he will be in Wisconsin from approximately the 8th of August through at least the 12th, and that he plans to pay you a visit.

EDIT: Here is an interesting thread ridiculing men who make such proposals. Apparently women hate them for exactly the reasons I have long suspected they would.
