I don't think I've ever seen a team like this one. They look putrid the last week and then they come in and absolutely destroy the Bears this week. Hopefully they can continue to build off of this game because I do believe top to bottom, they're the best team in the division. They just need to remember that themselves and play like it. Against Chicago, they did.

:whipitgood: WE whipped the Bears back into the late 90's (hopefully). The Packers team that showed up on Sunday is not the same team the played the Vikings a week earlier. That's how its done!!

I was patient with this team's struggles, but after last week's poor performance in Minnesota I was finally read to say that maybe they just aren't very good....

And now THIS. I guess we should keep in mind that there are very few teams in the NFL, in any given year, who play consistently well week-in and week-out. It's all about going on a roll late in the season and continuing it through the playoffs. That's what the Giants did last year.

The only thing that the Packers really lacked in this win was a good pass rush. It was no better than adequate. I liked the increase in blitzing, though. Next week's game at New Orleans should tell us a lot about whether the Packers are for real or are just teasing us.

pass rush is key. just cause we blew out the Bears without one doesn't mean we can do that to the Panthers or other playoff teams. We are the most complete team in the NFC North...but without a decent pass rush, thats the only thing we are gonna win.

I agree Pacnic.......we NEED more pressure on a QB, or a GOOD one will pick us apart. Lucky for us we were facing the BEARS!

Amazing performance all around. Rodgers, Grant, O-line, Receivers all solid games. Defence was not too shabby either. This is what really pumps me up is the potential of this team. We should def not be 5-5. If we get on a little bit of a run, look out.

I don't think I would use amazing.. coming into the year I would have said expected. Now it is called relief, they actually can play up to their potential.. if we come out with that same fever Monday night.. the rest of the season should come into shape quickly.

Hopefully.

dfosterf (25-Jul) : Probably a homer access credential intimidation kinda thing
dfosterf (25-Jul) : Meathead "journalists" skip this, concentrating on operational revenue when convenient. They switch when net revenue is more favorable.
